I pray you will take some time to read this article and pray with me on becoming less like the world. That we let go of the things this world has to offer and grab hold of everything God has already given us so graciously!
On the homeschooling front – we just spent the entire last week reviewing all that we learned this year. The children are so proud of themselves for all that they have accomplished individually and as a family! It is amazing to show them how far they have come! What a beautiful way to encourage them and then they in turn did it to each other!
The girls have become penpals with my sweet friend Jolanthe’s daughters. They are the same ages and their letters are so very precious to them. I encourage you to find a friend with children the same age in a different state and have them learn the art of writing a letter by hand. It is a beautiful and lost art!
It is developing their writing, reading and vocabulary skills and they are too busy having fun to notice the hard work they put into each letter!
